    We, as a provider of professional recruitment services, clearly understand the points of views of both the employer as well as the employee. We maintain Data-Banks of pre-screened and short listed Candidates for specified categories up-to-date and Through this and by widely advertising in read newspapers,handbills and the media, We are in a position to cater a wide range of Human Resource requirements.

We ensure the suitability of our applicants by:

  • Initial screening in accordance with Client’s requirements.
  • Professional evaluation through personnel interviews conducted by professionals of related trade.
  • Trade Tests, if required.
  • Comprehensive medical check-up by qualified doctors of well recognized laboratories.
  • Orientation of applicants of the work environment, rules, regulations and customs of the host country.


Client Responsibilties

    Client will arrange at their own expense selected candidates Visa Health card. Resident Permit and any other local requirement as per the law of the country.
Client’s representatives traveling to Sri Lanka for conducting interviews will bear their own cost of lodging and boarding. Western Agency will be arrange the Interviews with Candidates to test their abilities.


Recruitment Procedures

    In order to provide a planned and efficient recruitment service, we would initially require the following information,

  • Category and required number of personnel along with comprehensive job descriptions.
  • Minimum qualifications and experience requirements.
  • Complete terms and conditions of employment in line with the stipulations of Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE)
  • Expected date of mobilization of selected applicants.

    Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment (SLBFE) is a government institution established under a special Act of Parliament to oversee and regulate recruitment of Sri Lankans for overseas employment.Prior approval of SLBFE is mandatory to carry out any overseas recruitment in Sri Lanka for which following documents are required.

  • Demand Letter
  • Special Power of Attorney
  • Recruitment Service Agreement
  • All above documents must be on client’s official letter-head bearing official seal and signed by an authorised officer of the client and preferably endorsed by the Embassy or High Commission of Sri Lanka
